At Nestl, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Nestl packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
